Crypto Snake

CryptoSnake is a classic multiplayer online battle game that builds on the traditional Snake gameplay, adding competitive multiplayer elements, real-time battles, and blockchain features. Players control a snake, making it grow longer by eating food while avoiding collisions with other snakes or walls. The goal is to make your snake as long as possible, eliminate other players, and become the strongest snake on the map.

1. Basic Controls

Direction Control: Players control the snake's direction by swiping on the screen. The snake's head points in the swipe direction, and the tail follows.
Boost: Players can tap a certain area of the screen to make the snake accelerate for a short period. Boosting consumes part of the snake's length but greatly increases its speed.
Eating Food: Food spawns randomly on the map. When the snake eats food, it grows longer and larger.
Using Items: Using items provides various gameplay experiences.

2. Snake Growth

  1. Eating Food: When the snake eats food, its length and score increase.
  2. Maximum Length: The snake's length has an upper limit.
  3. Collision and Death: If your snake's head collides with another player's snake body or a wall, the game ends. Your snake dies and turns into food for other players.

3. Multiplayer Battles

  • Multiplayer Arena: The game is a real-time online arena where players compete with others worldwide. All snakes compete for food on the same map and may collide with each other at any time.
  • Kill Leaderboard: The game features a ranking system. Players grow by eating food and avoiding collisions, and can eliminate others to climb the leaderboard and become the top snake by kill count.

4. Game Strategies

  • Encircling Enemies: Players can use strategy to surround smaller snakes, forcing them to crash into walls or your snake's body. Accelerating at the right moment when an enemy's head is near can create more opportunities.
  • Growth by Eating Food: Try to eat as much food as possible, especially after another player's snake dies, to quickly grow by consuming large food chunks.
  • Avoid Impulsiveness: Don't blindly pursue speed or boosting. Sometimes, playing steadily and calmly is more advantageous, especially to avoid unnecessary collisions.

5. Room Modes

CryptoSnake usually offers several room modes, including:

  • Free Mode: A learning mode for beginners to practice basic controls.
  • Endless Mode: A system room where players pay an entry fee to compete under fair rules, eliminate opponents, and earn rewards. The snake's length has an upper limit.
  • Club Mode: Clubs can create custom rooms using their own digital assets as entry tickets.
  • Custom Room: Players can set their own rules and pay an entry fee to join.

6. Game Items and Skins

  • Skin NFTs: Players can purchase different snake skins with USDT to personalize their snake's appearance.
  • Items: Some versions of the game may offer special items (such as shields, speed boosts, etc.) that players can use to enhance their gameplay experience.

7. Game Over Conditions

  • Collision Rules:
  1. A snake dies when it collides with another snake's body.
  2. When two snake heads collide, the shorter snake dies.
  3. When two snakes of equal length collide head-on, the snake that joined the game later dies.
  • Exit: Players can exit the game by closing their browser. Entry tickets are non-refundable.

8. Settlement

  • Ticket: Free mode is free to play; other room modes require purchasing an entry ticket. Mainstream digital assets and community project tokens are supported for ticket purchases.
  • Kill Rewards: After a kill, the battle is settled immediately, and the defeated player's entry ticket is awarded as a reward.
  • Defeat Rewards: Players receive a certain number of diamonds as a reward for being defeated.
